California Democratic Legislative Women’s Caucus Endorses Esmeralda Soria in Race for Assembly District 27 

FRESNO, CA – Today, Fresno City Councilwoman and Fresno City College Adjunct Professor Esmeralda Soria announced the California Democratic Legislative Women’s Caucus has endorsed her campaign. In announcing their support, the California Democratic Legislative Women’s Caucus released the following statement:

“Women in the legislature account for only 31 percent in both the Assembly and Senate. Additionally, five women serve as Constitutional Officers. Although we still lack gender parity, we hope to continue to grow our representation with women like you. The communities in the 27th Assembly District need your strong voice to represent them in Sacramento.”

It consists of portions of Merced, Fresno, and Madera Counties and includes the cities of Fresno, Coalinga, Kerman, San Joaquin, Merced, Mendota, Dos Palos, Madera, Los Banos, Firebaugh, Huron, Atwater, Chowchilla, and Livingston.
